How is your team handling bulk product photo standardization for new catalogs?
Hey guys, I’m looking into operational bottlenecks for shopify catalog management.
When you receive a massive batch of new product photos (either from suppliers or from a quick in-house shoot) that all have slightly different backgrounds or bad lighting, what does your actual workflow look like to get them standardized with pure white/transparent backgrounds for the store?
Are you paying your in-house designers to clip them manually, outsourcing to Fiverr, or using automated API tools? If you use automation, how do you deal with the tools compressing the images or messing up the quality? Trying to figure out the most cost-effective way to handle this at scale without losing hours of labor.
