suggestions/ advice on getting arm lipo

so , I (F24) am someone who is pretty happy with how I look now after losing 40+ lbs, but I have ( and always have had, even at my leanest/ younger years) huge arms / batwings. I refuse to wear anything that isn’t long sleeved , even when it’s 100 degrees out I am covering my arms.

I also have an abnormally large forehead that im tired of covering with bangs and always being insecure about. The amount of hairspray I use is embarrassing.

Anyways, I have the opportunity ( I think) to splurge on these procedures this year if I want to. I’m currently a college student, but i do not need to worry about my rent for the most part since 90% is covered by aid I receive and I make the rest by babysitting ( which pays pretty good, so I usually have money left over even.)

Long story short, im going to have about 8/9k to “spare” in a few months, and am seeking advice on places where I should look into getting these procedures done within the US, although im open to taking a flight somewhere too if the costs would be much cheaper. It would also be a nice excuse to go on a trip to be honest. I’ve heard Korea has good doctors and options like fat burning injections.

My priority is the arm lipo, I would say. it would be nice to do both, but if not I’d be happy with at least doing my arms. And no, I am not being dramatic; I genuinely feel like my quality of life would be drastically better by getting this done. I’ve been going to the gym for years and built muscle but my arms have stayed huge ( I do have symptoms of lipidema such as extra fat by the elbows & my knees) and all of my other proportions are pretty great.

Can anyone give some input/ recommendations on doctors?
