I built and exited a services business over 7 years, now building SaaS in this crazy AI-fuelled environment. We focused on mastering one main feature so that we weren’t building loads of features that no one wants.
We’re specifically building for the IT sector and buyers are typically a slow burn because of being sensitive to security and compliance. Everyone thinks they can build in house now despite this reservation and it is a frustrating endeavour closing warm leads.
Does anyone have experience with B2B SaaS pilots?
