Why does Creole/Cajun food have a low footprint in America?

When talking about American food, creole food sits as one of the best foods that we have ever made. Why does creole food have a low footprint? People who have had it will say that gumbo, jambalaya, etc. are great, but it's not culturally big outside of Louisiana. Many Americans have never had a good bowl of gumbo.

Personally I think that, creole, BBQ & burgers are the best American foods. The issue is, the other two have a much large cultural footprint. What's going on?

How much do you like East Asian beauty standards for women?

Whenever I see the kind of aesthetics that East Asian women adopt, I can't tell whether that is for attraction, cultural reasons, women having their own intrasexual competition or something else. So I want to know, how much do Asian men prefer the most common beauty standards for Asian women?

Let me get your opinion on at least the two most dominant ones - Pale Skin & Thinness. Do you guys find a woman more attractive when they have the pale skin ideal? Also, do you prefer women to be thin in the way that East Asian beauty standards typically say? (Things like the A4 paper challenge, K-pop idols, etc.)
