I’ve had this since last Tuesday so about a week and a day it seems less inflamed but it’s still noticeable no pain but I’m still worried

I had it for about a week and a day now from when I noticed it could’ve been there longer but I doubt but it seems to not be inflamed as much as before but it’s still there and some other tiny dots are forms way below I couldnt get a pic of what could this be can someone help me ?

Canker sore or not ?I’m scared just seen it yesterday I did burn my mouth from eating hot food but idk can someone help me please
