Found a lighter given to my late father decades ago at work. Looking for advice to fuel it and possibly repair?
I found this lighter in a collection of my Dad's stuff in its box. I'm looking for any advice to refuel it and possibly repair it.
The spinner on the side spins the striker at the top but it just spins freely and doesn't have sparks.
I know next to nothing about lighters. But as I've picked up a sad little cigar habit lately, I think it would be nice to use this. Thought I'd trust Reddit more than AI for this.

Anyone have any Gulf Breeze UFO information?
I have been looking for this video for years! I remember seeing it in the early 2000s, and I have been looking for it ever since. Chris Ramsey discusses it in his latest interview with Luigi Vinatelli and shows like two seconds of it.
But a basic search is coming up with practically nothing.
Is there a place I can find a more complete version of that video anywhere? It was easily the most convincing video I remember seeing in my time looking at this, and I would love to watch it again to see if it still holds up.

Can anyone tell me what the hell Jeremy Corbell was talking about in the Area52 interview?
Maybe I should have been high in order to keep up with these guys, I get the impression that would help.
But I couldn't follow a goddamn thing. I would love to hear if there is anything worth knowing out of this interview.

I do not have the recipe for Titanium Ore?
I feel like I've skipped something. I am able to fly to other planets now. I placed a Miner and have collected Titanium... but I don't have the option to create Titanium ore?
Is there some prerequisite I should have first that I've missed?
EDIT: Titanium Smelting is a thing.
