Main reasons for suspicion are the ears of the two characters (why do they look like they are done in a different style from one another), the red rectangle in the background blending into a hand, and the fact that the art style differentiates from the others in the video.
I believe that the character (All Might) on the front along with the smoke effects were overlaid on because they look pretty normal.
