Anybody have trouble with the Pearson Onvue system?

Im on a mac with IOS 13 or higher, but last night when I tried taking my real math test every time i tried to run the application I would run into this issue. I ran the system test run multiple times and it kept passing but when it was time for the real deal it kept failing, i’ve done my science test on this same mac, and had zero issues. I’ve emailed ged.com about my issue and have yet to heard back from them.

Has this issue ever happen to anyone? And what should I do next?

This is fucking me up bad because i studied so much before hand, I was ready to ace my test and im also out of $43 if GED doesn’t allow me to get a refund or reschedule the test.

edit : I did restart my computer 3 times, I forced quit all applications prior to entering the exam, I don’t run any vpns, proxies or firewall and I jumped from my home wifi and hotspot multiple times to see if I could find the issue and nothing worked. The mac was bought literally 4 days ago from best buy, brand new for the sole purpose of me being able to take these damn tests.

OnVUE system test passed, but actual GED exam wouldn’t launch. Has anyone had this happen?

I was scheduled to take my GED Mathematical Reasoning test online tonight at 8 PM through OnVUE.

I started trying to check in around 7:30. Before the exam, I ran the OnVUE system test and everything passed. The network check said my network met the requirements, the exam simulation said “No issues were detected,” and the final system test said my computer was ready for testing.

When I tried to launch the actual exam, I got an error saying that my computer could not connect to the services required for video streaming and taking an exam.

I restarted my Mac twice, tried my home Wi-Fi, and then tried my phone’s cellular hotspot. I got the same issue.

Has anyone else had this happen with a GED/OnVUE exam? If so, were you able to get Pearson VUE/GED to reschedule the exam without making you pay another testing fee?

I’m especially wondering how they handled it when the system test passed but the actual exam launch failed.

So I passed my Math practice test with a 165, but I don’t feel confident with the real test.

As the titles says, im not confident about taking the real test. I don’t feel confident about the real test because I feel like none of the things i studied will be on the real one. I say this because this happened to me when I took my science test, I studied all the different charts, graphs and equations that i thought would be on the real science test just for 95% of the test to be reading.

Im in texas, so if theres anyone out there that recently took the math test and is also in texas.
What are the questions that you struggled with, and what are the most common questions that you seen.

Most common questions on the Science test?

So yesterday morning I did my science practice test and passed with a score of 162, but im very anxious about the real one which i have scheduled for later today. For the people who have recently passed the science test, what were the more common questions that you seen on the test or do the questions differ from test to test?

I am now a proud owner of a 10/22

My first .22LR, and my first time rattle canning anything.

To me it turned out great, this thing is so fun to shoot.

20M, Last week I reallocated all of my contributions and future contributions into Fidelity 500 (FXAIX), it was previously in a target date fund (TRP 2065). The difference in expense ratio is significantly different FXAIX is at a 0.015% and TRP 2065 at 0.37% im not expert in investing but im sure that expense ratios will matter once I have way more money in my 401K.
