Ashen Shen and mord available but only mords chroma is available

Riot when will we be able to get shens ashen chroma it’s been ages! I’ve seen mords chroma available twice now and can’t catch our boys

I received a job offer in a a state where cannabis is legal however I still need to take a drug screening to finalizes the offer

I’ve taken cannabis to help sleep for a while so I’m not positive it will be out of my system by the test.

Since cannabis is legal in the state can I openly discuss this concern with HR? Would be happy to take the test now to prove it’s only THC and then take another test in a few weeks once the THC is out of my system.

Alternatively should I just take the test without mentioning anything to HR and hope they don’t care about cannabis?

Thanks in advance. Most of my GF and Is friends are mostly all dating/ engaged so I don’t have many people I can get unbiased advice from.

Background
My GF and I are approaching our two year anniversary and have been long distance from the beginning. I just can’t get rid of this feeling in my gut that I was her “safe” choice and that she’s with me because I fit into her friend group (a lot of our mutual friends are dating/ engaged and we all go on group trips)
We’re both in our late 20s and have know each other since undergrad

Gonna try and bullet point why I feel like that

We’re long distance and I’ve been trying to find a job back in her state because both of our families and friends are there. This is difficult because I have a niche career that doesn’t have many opportunities in other states. She has told me openly she won’t move to me which puts alot of pressure on my shoulders to make it work.

In the almost 2 years she’s only come to visit me one time (for a week) I make the flight/ drive at least once every two months to see her. She works in schools and has 3 months off for the summer and has not yet visited while I’m making my third trip for the summer this next week while balancing a 50 hour work week.

Both of our birthdays fall in the same week For her I got our friends together at dinner to celebrate her in a different city. Made a plan to do a bar crawl after and got a hotel so we wouldn’t need to worry about rides with cake and candles waiting + some personal gifts. I needed to fly back to my state after this and then for my birthday she sent me a happy birthday text. No call no gifts.

When I go visit her next week I’ll be in town for 2 nights for a job interview in her city. During these 2 nights she wants us to go out with her family once and then she wants to see another friend she hasn’t seen in a while with me. We haven’t seen eachother in a month so idk why she wants to see all these other people instead of just spend time together.

Conclusion:
I don’t think she’s cheating on me and she is truly an amazing person I don’t mean to paint her in a bad light but I think she’s just taking me for granted?
As I write down all these reasons I feel silly because it seems pretty black and white but I’ve never felt comfortable around someone the way I do with her.

I’m finally on the verge of getting a job back in my home state with family and friends.
Do I throw it all away now while I’m so close because I’m unsure or move my life+ career back to someone who I feel like is just not invested in our relationship?

I’ve been working in middle office for about 3 years and found moderate success. However I am at a point where I have no interest in moving further up and am struggling to shift in careers

I am very interested in transitioning to investment analyst roles but I haven’t been able to receive an offer because my middle office role lacks modeling experience

Currently I’m waiting on CFA level 1 results and hold SIE
I also plan to obtain FMVA next to have some kind of modeling experience.

Wanted to ask if CFA level 1 and FMVA would be enough to transition from MO to investment analyst entry roles or is there more I should do? Or maybe an alternative path? Feeling extremely burnt out of MO so appreciate any feedback.
