Raiden swings faster than EMP's upgrade
Context: There is this calc for Raiden swinging his sword whilst EMP are slowed down where they calculated his swinging speed and used that However there this part from the MGS2 Novel saying Raiden being capable of swinging his sword at Lightning speeds which I will be calcing
The calc already gives us apparent speed of the EMP so all we have to do is divide that with Raiden's swinging speed in this case speed of Lightning or 440000 m/s
440000/0.0824102357426731634*299792458 = 1.6006347e+15 m/s or 5339142.65 times FTL

Alright In MGSV one of the main features are Extracting Soldier, Animals, Vehicles and other stuff to Motherbase. Motherbase is all the way in Seychelles whilst most of the Missions are in Kabul and Extractions can be done very quick so I'll be calculating the speed and KE
