If the orks got a hold of the “dakka juice” they could inject it into a single ork and (if enough of them believed it possible,)he could turn into a LIVING STOMPA. Remember, the virus rubs off on other troops that fight beside it, so the more orks in the horde, the more potential stompas. Even if you killed it, the virus would probably live on within the SPORES.
