South Eastern Ontario

Possibly a track, but maybe not? There were all kinds of different prints in the area but this stood out. On the bank of a river.

Can tapering off affect the menstrual cycle?

Hey everyone. I have been on paroxetine for a number of years. A few years ago I increased my dose to 60 mg but wasn't noticing much of an effect and so my psychiatrist and I decided to taper down and switch to effexor. I'm on week 2 of the swap and currently taking 30 mg of paroxetine and 30 mg of effexor. Last week I was taking 40 mg of paroxetine with 30 mg of effexor.

My period is now about 10 days late with no chance I could be pregnant. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or if someone could tell me if it's at all possible the change in meds might be the cause. I'm not too worried about it overall, just curious and looking for more info. Thanks in advance.

Favourite beginner tutorials

Hiiiii everyone.

I'm 38 and I'm at a weird place in my life. I gave up video games 2 weeks ago because my use was becoming problematic but now I have a new problem. I don't know what I like to do. I used to think I knew but it turns out I was just masking and desperately trying to fit in. Then my whole life fell apart and I was left isolated and spiralling. That's when I went heavy into gaming to the point where I did nothing else. Once I recognized what was happening I decided to quit but I've been struggling because I have no other hobbies to fill up my days.

When I look at suggestions and lists of ideas I get overwhelmed and I have trouble visualising what the hobbies actually entail. It would really help to view some tutorials on various ideas, which is where the idea for this post came from!

What are some beginner-level tutorials related to your favourite hobby that grabbed your attention when you first started out? I'm looking for something that is easy to start and requires not too much money for materials. I especially like the idea of making useful things but I also enjoy being creative. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!

Edit: Thank you all for the wonderful suggestions! You've given me a lot to consider and look into. I'm going to head to my local library today to see what I can find, as a start.

PSA: Gravel is not sand

I saw someone on here say that if you put sand around your base in CDDA the fire won't be able to pass it. I made the mistake of assuming gravel worked the same way and didn't bother to test it out before using it. It does not, in fact, work the same way.

Well, fuck.

Found this creepy basement in my brand new extinction run. Accidentally locked myself in. Is there an award for dumbest way to die?
