Tips for first amateur fight?

Been in Phuket for a month now and have my first fight next weekend, been training muay thai consistently for about 3ish years now and finally will have my first fight here. I have to admit i am nervous which is definitely normal but im also curious about how my legs will feel afterwards from getting kicked and checking kicks- in the heat of the moment with all the adrenaline do you not really feel it until after and thats when the pain comes? About how long does the pain usually last for until it goes away? I still have 2 more weeks here so after my fight is done ill spend the week getting massages and going to recovery clinics. Thanks

Dealing with a plateau

I’ve been in Thailand for four weeks now I have two weeks left to go and I have a fight coming up soon. But lately over the past couple of days, my body has been so drained and sore and my muscles are tight along with my hips and it’s affecting my kicks on pad work. I know the obvious answer is get a massage which is what I’ve been doing lately along with going to a recovery clinic, but it doesn’t seem to help. I feel like I need a genuine rest of at least three days with no training but with a fight approaching soon, I feel like I cannot rest until it’s over . Advice?😂

Need help losing weight

Ive been in phuket on fitness street for 2 weeks now training muay thai twice a day everyday and so far ive barely lost any weight. I came here weighing 225 pounds and i lost literally only 1 pound so far. I drink so much water daily and sweat alot daily and eat relatively very clean food considering im on fitness street which is loaded with clean restaurants. What do i have to do to lose weight? Eat my body weight in grams of protein or just eat less food so im in a calorie deficit ? Thanks

Esim?

Hello so im going to phuket next week for 6 weeks, my phone carrier offers an international plan for 12$ a day but over 45 days that will build up quickly. Anyways so my question to avoid that is E- sim cards. How exactly do they work? Ive watch a YouTube video where you just scan a QR code to activate it. But is it basically a one time payment of X amount of dollars you make for X amount of gigs of data you can use instead of racking up a 12$ per day plan? Thanks

So i read afew weeks ago Thailand was removing the 60 day visa free stay for many countries but it didnt officially go into effect yet because it has to be published in the thai royal gazzete? So im just wondering if that has been published yet if anyone knows cause im going to Phuket next month and i plan on staying for 45 days so i dont want to run into any problems regarding a visa. Thanks
