Has anyone traveled somewhere hot with a newborn and a 15month old? Currently thinking about going on vacation to Puerto rico but with a 6 week old and a 15 month old

My son is currently 14 months old we just had our second boy 2 weeks ago (hoping this one comes with sleep training pre-installed) we switched him over to a floor bed at a year old in preparation for the new baby using the crib especially since he would climb out of the crib I rather be safe than sorry. Usually during my pregnancy I would crawl in bed with him when he woke up at 3am. Now I cant do that due to having a newborn and needing to feed every 2 hours it makes me feel horrible. Before then we did the ferber method in the crib it worked great until we changed him over to the big boy bed. Now he goes to sleep by one of us laying with him usually at 8pm before he would only wake at 3am now hes waking at 10pm 2am and 3am final wake up at 6am usually he ends up in our bed at that time playing with toys or watching bluey so I and dad could get ready for the day mentally. I honestly dont know how to go about sleep training in a big boy bed especially since he can climb out should I just cut my loss is it gonna be like this forever? He usually takes one long nap at 12:30 and it gets us through the day usually we have to lay with him for that nap too I honestly will take any advise given it just sucks that we can't do the ferber method now cuz he will wait by the door crying and I feel like thats traumatizing.
