Stuck in an EA ↔ Tapjoy support loop. Has anyone actually resolved this?

Has anyone successfully resolved a dispute between Design Home (EA) and Tapjoy/Offerwall?

I’m hoping someone has experience with this because I’ve been stuck in a loop for weeks.

I was completing a Tapjoy offer in order to earn Design Home diamonds. I had completed one milestone and was working toward the next (worth 4,000 diamonds). When I checked the Design Home offer wall to see how much time I had left, my entire offer wall had disappeared. All active offers and history were gone. I took screenshots because it was clearly a technical issue.

EA support told me to contact Tapjoy.
Tapjoy investigated and later told me they had identified the issue, notified the game publisher, and that I should contact Design Home to receive the reward.

When I went back to EA, they said they couldn’t verify Tapjoy’s communication because they didn’t have a case ID. I sent screenshots of my conversations with Tapjoy, but Tapjoy refuses to provide a case ID and simply repeats that they’ve already notified the publisher.

So now EA says they can’t help without a case ID, and Tapjoy says they’ve already done everything they’re going to do.
Has anyone encountered this? Is there another department I should contact, or is this just an unresolved gap between the two companies? At this point I’m less concerned about the diamonds than I am about being bounced back and forth with no way to resolve the issue.
