How to add an outdoor subwoofer?

I currently have a Sonos amp powering 2 Polk Atrium 8’s and 2 rock speakers. Each speaker had its own dedicated speaker wires +- that run under my patio pavers and into my basement network room where the Amp is. I believe the term is they run in parallel. Right speakers go to positive and negative port and left to the left port

Positive and negative port. 4 speakers total.

I wanted to add in an outdoor subwoofer. I’m

Just confused on how to add that in. I can’t run any additional wires from the amp to the outside as the basement is fully finished so using the sub-out port in the amp isn’t an option. From what I understand I could add in a passive subwoofer with a crossover built in. How would that be wired in? I was thinking about buying the OSD Forza 8 which has a built in crossover. It has 2 pairs of 4 wire connections at the bottom. I think your supposed connect the sub to the amp using the one set of wires and the other to the speakers, but as I stated each speaker independently goes straight down to the basement.

Thanks

Anyone run Primo higher than test? Just got done with a 20 week cruise and my estrogen is high.

I loaded up my blood work on Chat GPT and it recommended to run Primo at 300 and test between 140-160 to lower estrogen

Results with at current cruise with 175 test split 3x week and 3IU of GH daily

Test is 1171

Free T 450

SHBG 16

Estradiol 101

All other benchmarks are in range

I do run primo 3-4 times a year but at a 2:1 ratio of test/primo. My high E2 symptoms is chest and scalp acne which I can’t stand having. I’m worried about crashing my estrogen at the doses recommended
