Hey,

I’m having a really weird and frustrating billing issue with Cursor and wanted to know if anyone else experienced something similar.

On June 12 I paid $20 for Cursor Pro. The payment went through, but I still have no Pro access and nothing changed in my account.

At the same time, they charged me for March, even though I didn’t use Cursor at all that month.

Here’s the strange part:

• In the Billing section everything is completely empty — no outstanding invoices, no debts, nothing showing.
• But they still took money for March.
• When I try to fix it, it feels like they want me to pay separately for each month.

So basically they charged me for a period I never used, while their own billing page shows zero debts or unpaid invoices.

I already contacted support asking for a refund for the unused month and to delete my account, but I’m not very hopeful.

Has anyone faced the same thing? Especially when Billing shows nothing, but they still charge you?

If they don’t resolve this, I’m planning to make a video about it.
