For a very long time, any kills with Hazard's Ult didn't count as Downpour kills (they'd be counted as regular eliminations instead of Downpour eliminations) making his pixel spray impossible.

That's been fixed, so it's possible again. I checked all of the recent patch notes and this wasn't noted even though this was definitely a recent fix, so I'm posting this FYSA (also I just got it myself :] )

The first image is the edited version I made, and the second image is how it turned out in-game. I think it turned out OK, I never messed with the paintings before, so this was a nice learning experience for me.
