United's midfield build is pretty...

...fucking impressive.

Mainoo
Tielemans
Santos
Baleba
Mount
Page
Orzoco
Fletcher J
Fletcher T
Thwaites

Bought
Promoted

That is an almost perfect balance not just in balance (left feet versus right feet), but positionally (8s versus 6s) and in ages (18-29) and in team harmony (players came come in and out of team without any disruption to consistency) but in absolute squad harmony (zero big ego, zero 100million buys on 350k a week.

Hats off on the rebuild of United's midfield.

This is what you get when you have the world's best scout as your chief recruiter, and a man in Berada who set out a plan rather than rushing to a next title.

Let's not forget we had an accountant running football transfers at United for 11 straight seasons. Now we have experts at planning, strategy and recruitment.

Still got twats whining and moaning on Reddit.

Marcus Rashford had 8 MUFC managers in 10 seasons

Marcus Rashford broke through in 2015 under Louis van Gaal....

Went through eight more managers over the next nine years.....

Was breaking academy records for goals scores in first team....

No player can live up to being the poster boy for the biggest football club in the world when that football club are failing. Manager after manager after manager after manager. With new tactics after new tactics after new tactics after new tactics.

Rashford deployed wide right, Wide left. Right forward. Left forward. Centre-forward.

The club failed the best academy talent we have promoted since the Class of 92.

Not Becks, nor Scholes, nor Giggsy, nor going so far back to Best or Charlton could have been poster boys for MUFC had they to suffer eight managers in 10 years.

And let this be said over all of the noise about Marcus Rashford: This will be the first steady Manchester United dressing-room he will be art of. With a manager who knows how to steady a dressing-room. And Marcus Rashford, everyone seems to conveniently forget, is a fucking leather left-sided forward who will no doubt bring G/As over his time on the pitch.

I believe - firmly - we're; gonna see the best of Marcus Rashford. The hungriest Marcus Rashford in a stable environment.

Irish in Britain

Any Irish living in Britain notice a vast disconnect with the workplace in Britain compared to in Ireland?

The Brits - who are great people - tend to be very rule-following in the work environment, where the old adage of the stiff upper lip shouts loudly (do as told, do not question).

Whereas the Irish adage of 'ah, yeah, it'll be grand' is so apparent in the workplace.

The Irish do not take themselves of their employees seriously. Whereas in Britain, you dare not question anybody above you.

I think all nations are conditioned to an extent. But the Brits are less aware of their conditionings compared to other countries. I find this alarmingly obvious in the workplace.

I can not be the only one, surely?

How to watch SKY SPORTS and TNT

I've been paying for official access to Sky Sports and TNT for years... and now they're charging me over £1000 a month for both plus my usual Virgin Media subscriptions.

I'm no longer going to pay it.

Can somebody explain to me like I am a ten year old boy how I would go about getting access to SKY SPORTS and TNT through a firestick?

I keep hearing abbreviations like VPN and USB and I'm 64 year sold and don't know what any of them mean. Thank you.

I would prefer Baleba over Tchouameni

I hate when we bring in big-name players on big money who have a big target on their back every time they tale to the field.

I hoped we were over this with teh new INEOS football board. So I would hate it if we signed Tchouameni.

A trifecta of:
Tielemans
Baleba
Santos

is a great window. All Premier League proven. All CL proven with English clubs.

No ego. Nobody on £300k a week.

Not the best three players. But the right three players to form a four-squad midfield including Mainoo. Choices from those four plus two of J.Fletcher and Mason Mount as cover is perfect balance.

Team balance over individual brilliance is always the best route forward.

I wanna see Baleba come through teh door for about 65m. Then Lewis Hall as long-term solution at LB. And an experienced CF with PL pedigree, be it Mateta or Watkins or Calvert-Lewin.

Been smoking/vaping for 17 years - finally getting medical cannabis.... Anyone made this transition?

I would love to know what the difference is in the product we have been buying on the streets for, in my case £50, for 5 grams

to

Regulated medical cannabis product that we can get through the likes of Relief and Alternaleaf (who I have just had an accepted prescription recently).

I am a creative, so I usually use cannabis for creative purposes (I love a good sativa during the day to help me create new characters etc, but I never know what my 'street dealer' has. I just get whatever he has on any given day. COUld be an indica which can send me to sleep).

If I may ask those a bit more experienced with medical cannabis:

Is the product we get through Alternaleaf (and the like) similar to what we have been buying on the streets, strength-wise?

And how does it stock up costs-wise against the price we pay on the streets?
