My friend recently gave me some old oil paints she imported from America and some of them contain lead. I’m curious If they can be used or if they should be disposed of immediately?

Idk why Netpass never registers street passes in ACNL specifically, even if I buy them in the back alley. All other games seem to work, except for that one.
