No push notifications from the chase mobile app on iPhone - I've tried it all and nothing is working.
As the title suggests, I have noticed I am not receiving push notifications from the chase mobile app when I receive transfers, make payments, etc. It's become quite frustrating because I never know when people have sent money they owe me - to the point where I am considering just switching banks.
I have tried the following:
- Turning push notifications on in the app
- Turning all three (Push, SMS, email) on in the app, saving, then turning SMS and email off and saving again(seen in here) - still no success despite others saying it works.
- Made sure that notifications are enabled for the app in settings
- Made sure that the chase app isn't being blocked by a focus mode
- Deleting and reinstalling the app
- Signing out and in
I should also mention that I don't even get SMS notifications.
I've tried with multiple transactions to make this work. The in app settings are so minimal and I have no idea what to do next. I am at a loss here, does anyone have any ideas?
It seems so stupid to switch banks over something like this but it's doing my head in.
