I wish I would’ve found this sub 8 years ago when my psychiatrist prescribed me lorazepam. In 2018 I was taking 1mg 2-3x per day. Then I was switched to 1mg of Clonazepam 3x per day. For 7 years I’ve been taking 3mg of Clonazepam daily. I moved from the US to the UK this year and the GP has had me coming off for a year now. I am down to 3mg of diazepam.

It’s so hard. My skin is crawling, my head hurts, I have such a low sex drive, my sleep is shite. I wish I never would’ve been prescribed. This sub has made me feel less alone.

Have seen doggies eating other brands suffering from health issues, I’m so thankful that in 9 years of feeding, my girl has remained healthy and happy. I know we’re all doing our best and feeding is so stressful but I am thankful I chose butternut box.

Heading to Luton from Streatham. We are currently planning on the night bus to East Croydon and getting the 4:10 train to Luton Airport but with the disruptions, we’re increasingly nervous. Many of the overnight trains were canceled last night. Can you all brainstorm some options that won’t absolutely bankrupt us?

Anyone know how to get involved in this? Season ticket holder who really wants to build community!

I was walking on my rug this morning and what do I step on? OH! Nothing other than a carrot my dog so carefully plucked out of her food dish and decided she didn’t want. Does anyone else have a carrot fearful dog? 🤣 (she doesn’t know there’s more than one carrot in each sachet, we’ll let her think that).
