💙Love is all we need💙

This community was overwhelmingly welcoming upon my first post of this piece, I thought it fitting to share some of the process/details.

You all brought about uniquely beautiful discussion, insights, and perspective, and I value each immensely.

The PEACE Dollar

This work started as an extension of a previous work titled “The United Worlds of America”, a work I’ll share soon. “UNITED” was the brandishing theme, just as “PEACE” is here.

There are so many thoughts/feelings/ideas that roll around my head as I’m pondering through the idea, picking out banknotes, and mocking up the work before its permanency.

A few that came about were obvious; PEACE isn’t what I’d associate the US with at all whatsoever. This work was made back in December of 2025, a time flagrant with conflict of all scopes and degrees.

I also sat deeply in reflection on the story I wanted to tell. Acknowledging the severity of reality is important, and I wanted to rewrite that intensity in a light I wanted to see broadcast.

One of peace, love, and positivity.

This work now serves as my most recognizable form of IP, I print and cut them by the hundred all by hand, to simply hand out in an effort to share, spread, and show those core values of PLP.

I feel the physical construction of the works are more a test of time and patience than any technical competency, and therefore I believe my thoughts/words are worth infinitely more weight than my process.

I am more than happy to answer any and all questions. As knowledge, like love, is a circle; what we receive, we must give back.
