The software is MP2 by infor. It's a program that was heavily used by maintenence techs for years but has become obsolete. I don't imagine it would be too hard if anyone is interested. The update I have didn't come out long ago, and I got it from a company that still uses it on windows 11 somehow. But it's just the installer (.exe)

i know i, and others, hate the interview. it is uncomfortable and seems ruthless at times. these days it takes a ton just to GET an interview or ensure your application and resume are even seen by a real human.

i have been doing a lot of interviews the last couple years because im having a hard time finding a place i really fit in and that can value my skillset.

i have found that my most successful interviews are interviews when i turn the table, and make it more about my interviewing them.

I am brutally honest about what i want in a workplace. and my weaknesses. I want to be sure they have things in place that will help strengthen them without negativity. I put a lot of time into connecting with the interviewers, finding similar hobbies and interests. i ask them about their experiences with the company. sometimes i am afraid i ride the line of almost being to forward about the fact that I am interviewing them and not the other way around.

im not sure what it is, but it puts them on the defense, and this makes them sort of try to convince me its a good place to be, and id be happy there.

I just wanted to put this experience out there, and see if others have had a similar experience, and method in interviews, or hiring managers out there have any input on this strategy?

Mix it into your pole mix. I use moss, activated charcoal, coconut husk chips and the Potassium polyacrylate (large crystals). I went from 2xs a day watering the poles (I live in a desert) to once a week. I'm sure those of you with humidity could double that time.
