Would it bother you?

I 33F live in an apartment alone, first floor, for about a month and every night and evening a man Smoke weed in his car facing directly to my apartment. If I look outside he can see me, If I go to my balcony or the garbage etc . Total hours per day is probably around 5 or 6 hours .

I know he's not doing that to look at me and I know he doesn't care about me but I just feel weird especially since I work night shift and is a night owl by nature and having this man watching all my life just feels wrong.

I know there is probably nothing I can do about it but am I overreacting and will probably get used to it or is it something that is not normal to do?

Apartment building and air exchanger

Hello, Simple question about air exchanger and humidity control.

So I am new in this apartment and never had an air exchanger system and I am not familiar with how it works.

Been here for about a month and it always smell so good and clean. But yesterday night I thought the air was too dry and I've put "more humid " on the humidity control panel. Today I have been woken up by an awfull smell of cooking ( fried rice, ramen, I don't know) . The smell was so strong. I changed the humidity control to where it was and put a scented candle and the smell was gone.

My question is , does the humidity level is related to the smell of cooking that enter my apartment or not?

At first I thought maybe the smell came from the neighbors through my door but I've looked in the hallway and the smell wasn't from there.

Hi ! I just moved to this apartment and the balcony light doesn't work. I think I need to change the bulbs but I tried many times to open it and it just won't move. It appears to be all in one piece and I can't move or unscrew any of the parts.. Anyone have an idea how to open it?

I just quit this appartment that I've been living for the past 8 years. The appartment was small (430 foot square) first floor in Canada. For the past few years I had weird health issues. Abdominal pain, runny eyes and nose. Fatigue, anxiety, depression, urinary problems.I remember one time having a hard time to breathe after taking my shower. I knew there was air circulation issues ( old bathroom built in 1993) And no window in the bathroom. I also noticed water damage from the bath leaking on the hardwood floors. The appartment was also very dusty. Yesterday I went to remove the shower curtain and noticed that it was worst than I thought. ( I have very bad vision) Does it look bad to you or it's just mildew?
