Interested in the stock but dilution over the last year is insane!

Hey guys. I really like the stock and company and what they do. There is no doubt in my mind there will be a continuous growing need for drones and their technology especially militarily. I have been researching the company and the stock for the last day and see one major issue and that is stock dilution.

In 2021 there were roughly 41 million shares. Today? Around 530 million. That is such a milk of investors money and funds it is disturbing for a potential investor to see.

I really am interested in picking up the stock or something similar but with this issue I don't know. If they keep diluting shareholders then I wouldn't want to be holding. Thoughts?

Is now a good time to add Reddit stock?

I am planning on entering Reddit stock. I have some but this is a much larger buy I’m going to do.

I think with the value of the stock and its underperformance lately this is a no brainer.

There is a ton of pessimism in this subreddit.

I’m bullish because I think so many aspects of the website and app can be improved which should increase cash flow for the business.

This is a top website in the world and is so much better than TikTok instagram and facebooked, YouTube in terms of user experience in my opinion. There’s also more engagement when you make comments.

Also AI scrapes the crap out of Reddit for information. It is basically essential for every model.

It’s me speculating and I’d like to hear what you think.

My recent buys and picks (3)

I’ll start off by saying I am not a studied or structured investor much more an amateur. Because of this I listen to others and look for what I believe are people smarter than I in the investing world for guidance and then use my “self awareness” to figure out where to put my money.

Obviously there are many options out there literally multiple thousands of stocks. Initially my eyes got big when I looked at growth stocks because of potential but lately I have shifted to more value investing.

I don’t have time horizons or a plan necessarily.

My picks are in order of most recent to least in the last 6 months.

  1. Applovin - all smart people that do their DD say it’s a buy and is undervalued and I bought a few days ago $7k position and want to add.
  2. Reddit - this is the 6th most visited site in the world and they have barely tapped into ads. The value will imo increase significantly as time moves on. The data is huge and every AI uses it.
  3. Adobe - I bought in at $196 and thin the SAAS attacks have been unjustifiable in their damage to this and other technology stocks. So far the play is up 40% and I don’t know where I want to sell because people are just starting to recognize the market overreacted.

These are my thoughts and positions let’s have a chat.

Thoughts on Applovin?

Hey I just took a position in App stock.
I have previously been into growth stocks very high risk but have shifted to more value picks.

I bought Adobe recently and am up over 40% which I considered a value pick.

Now I am interested in App because it looks undervalued to me and many smart investors have mentioned it before.

Does anyone else share the value sentiment here and are investing at this level?

I don’t know how to read all the metrics of a company but I do like how it hasn’t been performing well and it seems to be unjustified.

I am holding three stocks now.
Adobe
App
Rddt

Do you guys believe there is value with Adobe and Intuit?

I’m just wondering what this communities thoughts are in terms of if Adobe and Intuit, do they have good value at these prices?

I have a small portfolio and chose these two stocks since I think they were so low in share price compared to the past yet still have a completely viable product that continues to grow.

I see AI as making these product offerings even better and it’s my belief the market overreacted with the assumption that AI will quickly replace these.

Because of the lower market cap and seemingly continuous fall I bought Adobe at $196 a share and plan to hold for a year or two.

Would love to hear your thoughts, if you don’t like them explain why and offer something you think is a better play with reasoning.

If you had $150k which 2-3 stocks would you be buying?

I am going to be getting some dry powder here shortly and have seen significant drawdowns in stocks, especially the volatile technology stocks.

Looking for 2-3 high conviction stocks to add during this bleeding market. I think the market will re-bound soon and this is a major opportunity to get into some high quality stocks.

List your highest conviction stocks and explain why you believe it will do well in the coming 1-2 years. I'll read each reply and consider the answers.

SAAS market shift.

I think the software stocks have been beat down so badly and it’s not justified.

Yes AI is here but there’s no way these companies are going to try and develop some software themselves and convert all their information to a new recently created AI software to save a few bucks.

Looking for value in the Nasdaq is hard right now and I see a lot of the market correcting.

The SAAS is also correcting in the upwards direction during this downfall.

Guess I’m a SAAS fanboy for now. Holding Adobe and Intuit.

Good luck to all!

Washington $600 buy.

Hey guys! I wanted to share my purchase of fireworks for the 4th.

I paid 600 for it all and met a new friend who has a wealth of knowledge from this very sub.

I’m excited for the festivities.

Curious how I did.
