I'm struggling to get into fifo at the moment but I'm really keen to give it a good few years once i can land a job, but afterwards what jobs do people get back home? how different is the pay? and what industries translate best?
And is it worth doing additional training/uni courses during fifo to better prepare for life back home?

I’m 22 yrs old, was working 45 hours a week at $31.55/h in a factory production role (~$76,600 including overtime), Since May i’ve been moved into a more administrative/managerial role and now I’m on a $75,000 salary instead.
The move has come with increased responsibility but no additional benefits, and I’m now making ~$30 less a week.
I’m just wondering if this is reasonable as I’m relatively new to the role, and if not what should I expect instead?
I have a 2004 Impreza GX 2.0 MT (176071) and I was about to replace spark plugs when I noticed the chamber was wet with oil
I bought the car about a week ago and it came with an oil change, but the dipstick shows it may of been overfilled.
P.S - I’ve noticed no idle problems, smoke, accel problems etc, just oil on the spark plug chamber
What is the problem and should I drive the car in the meantime?
