Manufacturer is Patio Enclosures. Pretty unusual skylights which are just IGU’s. 32” x 32”. Customer doesn’t care about the skylights. Was thinking I could just swap them out, lay down some CDX and some textured aluminum, apply an elastomeric coat over everything. But I’m not sure how this county would feel about that. Just applying elastomeric over everything would be a hazard to anyone else walking on it. Being 32” wide, county would want some kind of rafter 24” OC but not possible since the roof isn’t that thick.

I’m thinking the answer is to replace the IGU’s, replace furnace vent with something designed for low slope, power wash, clean then apply elastomeric over everything.

Any advice would be appreciated.
