Is my factory too hot ?
Hi I work in the UK doing Flexographic printing. It's only 8am in the morning and the factory is pushing 30 degrees with barely any air flow. I'm none stop sweating and feel drained. We only have a 30min break in an 8 hour shift so there's barely no escape from it. We have no HR and it's the sort of company to sack you for moaning rather than work with you. I was wondering if anyone works in a place like this that has a decent HR. If so what would there take be on the situation?
