Virtual test session question

I was wondering if I would be allowed to test multiple levels of both skating skills and singles tests in one virtual test session? I was planning on doing my intermediate moves and my juvenile and intermediate singles tests but because intermediate moves is required before the singles and juv singles is required before intermediate singles, would I be able to submit all of these in one submission time frame? Or do I need the previous test already completed in the system for it to be judged?

What would you call this posture and how to fix it?

I started noticing in candid pictures that I look absolutely ridiculous when I’m just standing naturally, there is a crazy arch in my back and my shoulders are literally further back than my butt. I usually get a lot of back pain after standing for too long and this would probably explain it…

How would I go about fixing this besides just having to be constantly conscious of my posture all the time?

Physics 5A with Tung

For people who have taken it in the past with him, is it ok to have my lab and lecture overlap? It was the only lab and lecture time available so I just had to choose it but would I be able to just go to lab and does he post the lecture videos? Is there some sort of enforced attendance for lecture, I heard something about kudu, how does that work?

What made double axel finally “click” for you?

I have been working on double axel for years now and have never been able to fully rotate it/land it even with very consistent off ice and working with my coach. I’ve been so frustrated with this jump even though I’ve had all my other doubles for a long time and I know many people say 2A is just one of those jumps some skaters never land but I really want to see if there is anything I can try.

If you’ve landed a double axel, is there any tips that helped you get over that last hurdle to land the jump? Thank you!
