Figured I'd come and ask the boys directly, what is your experience with the CDS9? Reliability is at the top of my mind.

I've heard it had some problems in 2025-early 2026, mostly centering around the mags and the extractor here and there. Is the juice worth the squeeze compared to other micro pistols? On the other hand, I've also seen plenty of 2k11's perform very well. I am just concerned because the CDS9 design sort of pre-dates the more recent resurgence of Kimber as a trusted company.

I like single actions, I like the form factor, and the price isn't really an issue. I just don't want to own a micro pistol that I can't trust to carry and have to try to pass it off to some poor person to deal with.

If you had problems, please let me know how break-in period went, RMA and service went and the success rate. It'd be the first Kimber I own and I'd hate for it to be a lemon.

Now, according to the Economic Daily, Intel's CEO Lip-Bu Tan has reportedly disclosed that the risk production on the 14A node will commence in the first quarter of 2027. Of course, the 18A-P node is already in risk production.
This accelerated timeline does not come as a surprise, especially as we reported recently that the 14A node reached a defect density of 0.5 in June 2026, with Intel targeting a D0 of 0.1 to 0.2 by Q1 2027.

I enjoyed Master and Commander immensely. I enjoyed the Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes TV series. What are some movies in this historical setting that cannot be missed? I would not entirely thumb my nose at romance, but much prefer drama.
