I’ve been married for 20 years but just upgraded wedding rings and now have a 2.07 carat round lab grown diamond engagement ring. My previous wedding band doesn’t go with it. Should I stick with just the engagement ring or do you think it looks best with one of these 3 wedding bands? 2nd one is the same as the first but doubled up with one on top and one on the bottom. I tried simple gold bands and pave bands but they didn’t look right without the curve for the round diamond. Please let me know which you prefer - 1, 2 or 3, or without a band! Thanks

I’m turning 47 soon and have the dreaded jowls, lax neck skin and necklace lines. 20+ years of a very stressful job while raising kids, plus not so favorable genetics and sun exposure have all led to this.

I’m hoping to have a facelift in the next few years and would love any surgeon recommendations from anyone who had a similar ‘before’ look to their lower face/neck area and a good result.

However, in the meantime, what treatments or topicals would work best? I’m guessing surgery is the only answer at this point but thought I’d check anyways!!
