I applied at Firstsource. It's been 2 weeks since my final interview and just now they emailed about the onboarding. There's no job offer yet, I need to submit requirements first. There's not even details about the account and how much the offer is, huhu because during the final interview they didn’t discuss the salary, they just told me that they would inform me via email. The process really takes a long time, but the virtual interview was super fast because it was just a 1-day process, but when it comes to the results, it really takes a long time for them.

I was recently hired at concentrix. What are your thoughts about 21k salary package? 16500 basic, 3000 complexity and 2000 rice allowance. Isn't it a loss even though the Basic pay is small?
