Does anyone have experiences living off Cromwell Road ? Is it safe? An on area ? It’s further away than I was expecting to live from the centre but a good price… Thank you so much
My partner tried antihistamines last month for the first time at the start of her usual pmdd intensifying period and it WORKED. Literally just got Claritin from the pharmacy and emotionally she was almost back to non PMDD days. Miracle!! I’m really hoping they continue to work, she’s taking them twice a day a week before her period. Has anyone else had this experience ?? I think it might save our relationship

It’s still early in my Fibro journey / but I wanted to share some hope with yall.
Somethings that have worked for pain for me:
* tens machine. Not a super expensive one, just got it off Amazon. Literally takes pain away
*infra red sauna blanket. Spenny but worth it for me, reduces pain and improves my sleep
* massage gun - for the really tight trigger points
Heat packs, heated throws
Not eating wheat or gluten - boring but works. Also avoiding red meat.
Seriously, my pain has reduced by a lot and I have pain free days now!! . Now just need to work on all the other symptoms !! Hope this helps someone
