Unreadable PSA and Typographical Errors

Hello everyone! (Not sure if this is the right sub, but I'm gonna shoot my shot)

Fresh grad here who is currently preparing their pre-employment requirements/documents, and one of them is obtaining a passport as one of my valid IDs. However, upon receiving the original copy of my PSA birth certificate, I noticed the following lapses:

  1. Some parts were unreadable, although I've already read a bunch that this can be addressed/fixed at the Local Civil Registry in the place I was born.

- My concern here is how long it will take for this to process, and how much it costs?

  1. There was an error in the address. There was a typographical error in the province part (a single misspelled letter). Additionally, there was an error in the barangay section, not just a single typographical error, even though the house number and subdivision name were right, but the barangay was not; it should be different.😭

- This is mostly my concern: How will this affect my application process in obtaining documents (such as valid IDs) in the future? What can I do to fix this? (process etc... how long does it take, what should I be prepared of?) Although I've also read about this but I can't seem to fully grasp it yet, I've read an overview of the clerical law but I'm having a hard time understanding it especially it's scope (I'm so sorry I'm dumb, I don't understand some of the legal jargons even if I've searched them)

Apologies for the long yap (and for my grammatical errors). This question may seem dumb, but I just need further understanding and clarification on this matter. Did you also experience the same situation? If so, what did you do to get it sorted out? (pls po huhuhu😭🙏)

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you so much!

Edit: Aside from the Philippine Passport what other government IDs I should obtain in the meantime while trying to fix this issue? (so far what I have is the Philsys ID)
