Where can I have a small wedding (about 15-20 people)?

We want to do something very small.

Ironically, we don't want a beach wedding. Maybe something in a park or something.

Any ideas?

Do I pay off debt, save money, or both?

Here is my situation....

I'm 31. Renting. I don't own a home.

Each month, I'm able to put about $500 in savings.

(My current savings/checking) - (credit card balance) = $16,000.

About $10,000 of that is in Ally Savings account (3.10%).

Other debt:

- car - $15,000 at 7.99%

- private student debt - $10,600 at 3.78%

- federal student loan - $19,027.82 at 3.6% - 4.1%

- I have no credit card debt except a couple of 0 interest payments I'm almost done with. I pay off my other cards every month. I just use them for rewards.

I also have a Roth 401k with $37,700.

I don't own a home, and I'd like to plan for my wedding. So, those would be reasons to save rather than pay debt. Though, I know I'd get rid of the debt faster if I pay it off sooner.

I'm not sure whether to put more in savings. Or to open a CD. Or pay off more of my debt, starting with the highest interest. Or to put some in the bank, some at debt.

What would you do in my shoes, with $500 excess to put in the bank or pay debt with?

Thank you in advance!

Edit: I'm hesitant to pay any extra or to refinance my federal student loan because if there is loan forgiveness later, I'd miss out on that.
