Added US events to my App

For my app I recently developed:
https://www.geospills.com

I added a major update where events across US are shown. Visually is great. You can see events around town and click to buy tickets. You can also chat about each event, which you won’t find in any other app.

Check it out.
Let me know what you think.

I Made a website where people post discussions tied to actual places on a map

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on a project called GeoSpills — a website where discussions are pinned to real locations on a map instead of living in a regular feed.

The idea is simple: instead of scrolling through endless posts and guessing what’s relevant, you open the map and see what people are talking about around a specific place (or anywhere in the world).

I’m looking for the first group of people to try it out and tell me what’s broken, confusing, or missing. Any feedback (even harsh) is welcome.
Would love to hear what you think.

Looking for 3–4 Software Engineers to Build Projects While Job Hunting

Hi everyone,

I'm currently job hunting and had an idea that might help all of us stay motivated, build experience, and potentially create something valuable.

I'm looking for 3–4 software engineers who are also searching for jobs and would be interested in meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 2 hours per session.

The concept is simple:

- Everyone brings one or more project ideas.
- We vote on the ideas.
- The winning idea becomes our project.
- We break down the work, assign tasks, and build together.
- No complicated rules—just consistent progress and learning.

The goal is to create real projects, strengthen our portfolios, practice collaboration, and hopefully have some fun along the way.

If someone lands a job, that's great! They can either stay involved if they want or pass the torch to someone else.

Looking for people who can commit to showing up consistently and contributing. Skill level isn't as important as being reliable and willing to build.

If you're interested, send me a DM with:
- what are you good at?

About Me:
Work: Quality Engineer (9years)
Hobbies: Software developer

Let's build something while we search for our next opportunity.
