Hey, so, I've got some conversions planned for a chaos gang that kiiiinda subverts expectation. Most necromunda Slaanesh gangs, if they aren't basic Chaos Cult, people tend to go for Eschers, because boob. Yawn. I'm thinking perfection seeking hellraiser body builders makes more sense, and since Fulgrims home planet was a mining planet, and Goliath are forge workers, it just writes itself.

It's a long shot, but, has anyone here got any Drukhari Wracks, and Necromunda Goliath minis I can see side by side to see if my kitbash works? I'm thinking of Daemonettes for claws and ornaments etc would go well with this kitbash, but... the bodies are definitely too slight.

Hey, I see a looooot of horrible posts about how everything is awful (and, yeah, so much really is) and I don't want to minimise people's experiences. What I want is to make a post so people can highlight their positive experiences. The good stuff happening in their lives, freinds, lovers, partners, comunity.

I'll obviously start. I have a fantastic group, of groups of supportive freinds that run the gamut of sexualities, relationship styles, subcultures and genders. I have hit it off with men, women, cis and trans, and those both neither or beyond. There are groups, clubs, gatherings, you name it. Different subcultures and tribes support each other, are actual freinds (or mates at least) and stand shoulder to shoulder when need be.

Of course, it's no utopia. There are bad actors, and things go wrong, but we self organise very tightly, holding people accountable. There's petty drama, as you'd expect, we are human. But, one LGBT+ meet up was ran by a lesbian, and the way you often see the bad written up, you'd think that impossible. Yeah, the group was mostly gender diverse pan and bi people. Some of the biggest trans allies in my area? The leather men. The local bdsm scene is nearly 90% queer.

So yeah, it might seem mundane or obvious, and my example is shit, I know, but... can we have some positivity to try and give people hope? Just here, this is not a complaint, its an opertunity

So before I begin, I shouldn't. Everyone can, or can choose not to, breed and/or raise kids regardless of sexuality. Like, obviously. And I know this is just a foible of mine based on perception of myself through the bigoted lense of an outside perspective that may not even exist.

That said... my god it feels awkward being like, "oh yeah, gonna be late, seeing my son today as I was at pride yesterday". I feel like (and I absoloutly don't) I have to justify myself, "oh, right, yeah I'm bi. And nonbinary". Like, actively, I know that's bs and I don't let it effect me, but internally? It sets a domino of metacognitive spiral.

What do others who are effected by this do to shut up the obviously incorrect thoughts? I can't just acknowledge I had the thought and discard.

Also? I wish phone would allow more than one flair...
