Did a UI update happen that shrunk the number of shortcuts I can have? As I Rebooted my PC and suddenly the number of rows/columns is way smaller and lost about a third of my shortcuts. Is there a way to fix that?

Or am I just insane, could have sworn I saw it earlier, then I logged in a few hours later when I had time and it was gone.
