Have seen a few bases where players use that curved palm tree, but I cant find it on the anomaly or anywhere else? How do you obtain it?

It came outta nowhere, I just wanted to play with my friend yesterday and faced gta online introducing screen like I’ve never played before. Game offered me to create new characters with no previous characters slots available. Meanwhile I can see my character in story mode character selector and on SocialClub website.
Im playing this character since 2013 and I don’t wanna lose him… Can someone help me figuring out wth happened??

First and second one are both asymmetrical and have 2 white lights below the wing that don't seem to be FAA. I've seen a lot of triangle-shaped craft that have the exactly the same pattern of 2 dim solid white lights below the wingtips that don't normally exist on aircraft. According to this post a person claims he saw the exact same craft seen in the second image. He claimed the craft was travelling 20-50 kts which is below stall speed for a typical winged drone, especially the size of a car. The third one is a video from a previous post on this sub. This one is strange because it has a weird black white colour scheme, unusual wings and engines, a bump on the nose, unusually bright lights. The sound it makes feels off, almost like an aircraft but out of tune. It also has quite a flat angle of attack given its speed.
