Hey all, I recently noticed this little spot on my tooth. I'm autistic and have been recently going through a huge burnout and depressive episode for the past year. My oral routine really fell off even though I used to be incredibly careful with it due to family history. 🫤 Now I've been brushing maybe 2-3 times a week since, and I feel incredibly embarrassed. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or take any medication. I actually do not drink much soda either, or consume a lot sugar in general. It does not hurt or irritate me at all, I just happened to be inspecting my teeth and saw it. I would like to note that the dark spot in the groove of my tooth has been there many years and I believe it was sealant? Not super sure, but I asked about it two years ago and they said it was nothing. Also, I am living in the USA as far as dental work goes.
