Kitsap Mall EV Chargers?

We bought an EV car this week after being carless for 10 years. Before buying, we took a note of local chargers until we could get an at home charger installed.

Kitsap Mall had EV chargers in front of the Dick's Sporting Goods. Right? We drove by there tonight and couldn't find them. Were they removed?

We're aware there's Tesla chargers at the Target across the street, but we don't yet have a Tesla adapter.

St. Joseph's Patient Advocate?

I've been in chronic pain for the last 10 years. Last year, I finally got a consultation with an orthopedic surgeon and he, my PCP, pain specialist and physical therapist all agree it's time for surgery. I had the periop appointment and imaging done. For the last year, the surgery scheduler has been struggling to get operating space for my surgeon, and also struggling to get my insurance to approve the surgery. Decline reasons are pendantic:

- Missing medical codes underneath a list of requested medical codes in the decline letter

- Insurance can't tell if I'm a smoker. I'm not, and I filled it out on my insurance portal and in my doctors' paperwork

- I haven't done enough physical therapy. We provided 10 years worth of physical therapy notes and special attention to PT the last 6 months.

So on, so forth. I can't tell if the surgery scheduler is missing paperwork (she swears she isn't) or if insurance is being stupid (probably). We have asked for extra reviews, and I even got a 2nd insurance to try and see if that would work.

Frustrated, I called and left a voicemail with Patient Advocates at St. Joseph's to help me move the needle. The hotline says they'll return the call in 48 hours. I've called 4 times over the last 6 months, and to my knowledge they haven't returned it. There's no email I can reach out to.

Frustrated again, last month I called the general line and got a supervisor for the front desk. It didn't help.

I don't want to be a Karen but I'm not sure what else to do besides calling over and over again.

I'm just hoping someone at St. Joe's sees this and can help.
