38 [F4M] Canada. It’s my birthday and I have no one to talk to
I am extremely lonely and have isolated myself way too long. I need a person I can talk to daily. I literally forget to do human things without another human to remind me.
Another year has past and my dreams of having a happy little family keep fading. I could be fine and happy with a support system but for now everything is scary and I really need help seeing a way out.
I didn’t even want to acknowledge my bday I haven’t celebrated or got a present since I was 25 and that’s when I peaked. I’m trying to hold on until it gets better like they say. My bday present is my attempt to make a connection with this post.
I can be interested in anything, trying to go back to human roots and trying to garden a lot. I love philosophy and consciousness topics. Teach me something interesting
