Just received an email for voting for annual meeting - any answers we should be putting that benefit us shareholders the most?

I’m assuming I put against for the Hudson Bay question? I’m not clued up on all this so probably wise starting a thread to discuss.

Why does Zwift show only Power Zones during rides but only Heart Rate Zones after rides?

During a race/event, the HUD on screen seems heavily focused on power zones.

I was doing an event in which I tried to stay in Power Zone 2 as much as possible during my ride.

But after finishing, when I go into the Zwift Companion app and look at the activity summary, it suddenly seems way more focused on heart rate zones instead with no graph of power zones to be seen anywhere.

Is there a way to see a proper graph/breakdown of your POWER zones after a ride? I can easily find HR zones in Companion, but I can’t seem to find an equivalent power zone graph

It feels like Zwift can’t decide whether power or heart rate is supposed to be the key focus.

In the photo is what’s showing on zwift companion when I scroll through the stats and it then shows Heart Rate Distribution. Why don’t they have one for power zones???

Zwift/Z2 training confusion — are people referring to power zones or heart rate zones, and can Zwift show HR zones on the HUD?

I’m pretty new to Zwift/cycling training and I’ve realised I might be misunderstanding what people mean by “Z2 training”.

I originally thought Z2 meant staying in heart rate zone 2, but I’ve now realised the coloured graph/zones in Zwift seem to be power zones instead.

So when people say “do Z2 rides”, are they usually talking about zone 2 power, zone 2 heart rate, or a mix of both?

Also, is there a way to make Zwift show heart rate zones more on the HUD? At the moment I believe it’s showing power zones/watts and I can’t really tell what HR zone I’m in at a glance.

Just trying to understand as a total noob to all this.

Just getting started on Zwift and trying to figure out the best way to use it as a complete beginner.

There seems to be loads of options like robopacers, structured workouts, routes, races, free rides, etc.

I get that everyone’s different, but I’m curious what people here would actually recommend starting with.

Thank you in advance!
