How do we feel about handmade Gemstone dice vs machine made?

About to put in another order from some lapidaries in India and debating whether I want to grab more of these bad boys. The stones themselves are beautiful, but I feel like the engraving and paint quality can be a mixed bag. Curious what everyone thinks. Do you prefer the character of hand-finished gemstone dice, or the consistency of factory-made sets?

Also, if you want to get a closer look at one in person, new Whatnot users can use my referral link for $25 in credit, and first-time purchasers of anything from my shop this weekend will get a FREE gemstone D6 with their first purchase while supplies last. We offer a little bit of everthing from major brands and some of our own custom gemstone and glass dice as well. Had fun talking with and slinging dice at you who joined my stream last week, so figured I'd do it again. 🎲💎

Prototype 60-70mm Gemstone Just Arrived!

I recently challenged some lapidaries in India to make extra large gemstone d20 dice and they did not disappoint! The Malachite and Ruby Zoisite are wonderful, though I wonder if the Sodalite is a bit dark, or am I being picky? Either way, I am impressed what people can do with hand tools. Layered resin standard d20 for scale

Not sure if I am using the right flair. I run a little show called Loot Goblin Dice on WhatNot. I import both hand and factory made shinies.

Recommended Coaches for 1050 Elo?

I am a god awful 1050 elo player with about 150 games so far between 1v1 and Teams. Been searching these forums for recommendations on higher elo (doesnt have to be pro, maybe 1700+?) players who would watch my replays and offer critiques. I know there is some good and free info and friendly mid-ranked players out there with good pointers but ive noticed a lot of times they argue amongst themselves on best actions so I'd rather pay for someone with a well qualified, proven take.

In particular looking to get better at preventing and reacting to fast castle drops. Maybe I need to be better at feudal rushing. Also having issues with just how far/how many villagers to dedicate to walling when i try to FC myself. Half the time I end up turtling and never leave main base and die to imp rush trebuchets. Willing to pay $ but Im not in a position to do $50 per hour. I've already achieved gold across the art of war levels and have hotkeys/ctrl groups down. I also watch Heras and Survivalists foundational/build order videos and they have helped, debating on reaching out to the latter for replay reviews.

Been seeing several recurring names here on this sub but many seem no longer available or offering coaching. Bonus points if anyone can reccomend ADHD friendly cosches who can tolerate me having a hard time memorizing build orders.

Any insight is appreciated

EDIT: okay maybe 1700 is overkill, 1500+?
