Wash day chronicles

I’m at the beach for a week. Easily one of my favorite places. I love to swim so therefore I don’t mind getting my hair wet. The salt water isn’t as drying as chlorine but it is still drying. Thinking I may wash my hair multiple times this week. That got me thinking. How often do you wash your hair? Some recommend once per week. I’d like to get to that. Currently I wash about once bi weekly.

Dedication is love

What’s something that you have dedicated to do for your hair lately? It can be washing it more often, slowing down the detangling session, or anything towards happier hair and a happier you.

I’ll go first. I would like to learn more styles. Now that my hair is longer I want to learn how to flat twist so I can do different styles. I also may attempt to trim my own hair. It’s so difficult to find a stylist who actually cares about my hair.

Detangling tools

What’s your out favorite detangling tool?

I love finger detangling. I can get most of the knots out with just using my fingers maybe some oil but usually just water. If I need to go back in and get more tangles out I use a wide tooth comb.

Anyone use a wide tooth comb only?

How about the unbrush? Just purchased that and somewhat gave it a go. I saw more strands in the brush than I normally see with finger detangling.

Anyone have any other bright ideas or methods? Or tools?

It’s sad I really liked Vinted until today

Vinted has the worst customer service ever. A buyer reported a claim that their package arrived ripped and crushed. She sent me a photo saying that this always happens to her and that she knows it’s not my fault. I know it’s not my fault. I’m a five star seller and I package every item the exact same way sometimes I even put cushion and wrapping paper so certain items say very nicely packaged. Vinted gave her an entire refund while I did not receive any money back nor the item. Vinted said that I did not package the package correctly so that’s why they gave her her money back. The package was packaged with my purchased boxes from Amazon with boxing tape securely securing the package. It was a lightweight shirt, nothing heavy nor fragile. The box looked like someone punched it, ripped it open and stole the item and then threw the box in the corner. That is what the photo the buyer sent me looked like.
