If your dog experienced vomiting from Apoquel or Numelvi, how soon did it happen? How often was it happening? How soon did it stop after ending the allergy medicine?

Our dog started vomiting about 10 days after starting Numelvi and has had off/on vomiting for months since then. We have been working with a vet to establish the cause, but I’m still thinking it’s the Numelvi given she never had vomiting before starting it. If your dog had vomiting from allergy pills, can you give me some details? Thanks.

Is there anyway to save this warped pan? Left it empty on high heat by accident and now it is warped.

I have an induction stovetop so it really does not work unless I’m cooking only on the very sides. is there anyway to save it?

Can in-network provider bill me if EOB says patient responsibility $0? Is there any point in submitting an external appeal?

The next step is external appeal. Should I submit an external appeal to my state if it says $0.00 patient responsibility? Can the hospital legally bill me? This has been going on for over one year. I received approved prior authorization for in-network procedure. I ended up staying the night. Insurance denied the claim because my approved PA was for outpatient (not inpatient) so it stated that I never got a PA and the patient responsibility was listed at $316,000. Hospital resubmitted and it was denied again. This time for lack of medical necessity and showed $0 patient responsibility. Finally the hospital resubmitted again for outpatient I think and the claim was denied for being filed outside of the time limit and it shows $0.00 patient responsibility again. I’m coming up on the deadline to appeal. I was hoping the hospital would fix their error but apparently not. I’m afraid I’ll miss the appeal date and then they’ll bill me for over $300k.
