I’ve seen a lot of posts here from newcomers in Navi Mumbai asking what to do on weekends, how to meet people, etc.
I’m also from outside Maharashtra (Kerala), been here around 10 months for work. In the beginning it was honestly pretty lonely. No friends, no one to speak in own mother tongue (Was not fluent in hindi too) and weekends felt Boring.
What actually helped was getting into weekend trips and treks.
Mumbai based have many one-day trip groups, and you can join solo. I started going with random groups, and it turned out better than expected. I’ve done 15+ treks/trips so far (Saturday night to sunday Night) and ended up making some very good friends through it.
You’ll find all kinds of people there : working professionals, solo travelers (a lot of women too), and everyone’s usually open to talking. It’s actually easy to bond because everyone’s new to each other. Even simple things like helping each other with photos or during treks starts conversations. Some groups have Female trek leader also.
If you’re into nature, Maharashtra is great. Fort treks, waterfalls, beaches, Konkan trips… plenty of options even in summer.
If you’re feeling stuck or lonely on weekends, just try one trip. Don’t overthink it.
Best Spots for this month -
Harishchandragad (Great for premonsoon Clouds) Kalsubai (Over crowded But Great sunrise view) Sandhan Valley (Camping, Star Gazing..)
You can Join via Instagram pages - Just Search Mumbai Trekking. Will get many pages. Enjoy..
Clicks from last week Harishchandraghat trekking (Kokankada) . With a group of strangers Trekking Grouo. Got some good company on the way. View was not as expected in reels (Premonsoon clouds formation was not there last week.) Was there a week ago. But this sunrise view was worth the trip.
2.30 hr one way trek (Medium pace) . Not difficult. Better go with any trekking team.
An Easy weekend trekking Location from navi Mumbai. Navi Mumbai to Thane. Thane to Kasara (Local) Kasara to Harishchandraghat (Jeep)

Been going gym regularly for like 10 months now. I was already skinny before, just had a bit of belly fat. Ht 175 cm, 62 kg
Am not doing much diet. Just normal controlled eating. Protein is around 75g on avrg.
Issue is, I want abs, but am already skinny so I can’t really cut. If I eat more to gain muscle, I just see my belly getting fatter instead. (Photo taken on Morning Empty stomach)
Any advice from who like this?.

One of Best Place to get Falooda and Shakes at Midnight in Nerul Area. (Open till 2 Am).
Was on a midnight solo ride and randomly got this shop.
Crowded even on midnight. (So not an underrated place)
For now, Just try any Mango mixed dishes. 👌👌. Iam trying to decrease my sugar intake, But once in a week, have a crave for a shake from here.
📍 Location - A One Juice centre, Nerul (Sector 11). U can find on Google map.
