highly sensitive kiddo
My oldest of 3 boys (newly 4yo) is super sensitive and requires an enormous amount of coregulation especially around social situations and we live in a super social neighborhood where he plays with other kids all the time. I am in the trenches with him, my more resilient 2.75 year old and newborn (3 week) baby bro.
My question is two-fold. I am wondering if you have a super sensitive kiddo how you split attention between everyone when it seems like one gets so much more.
I would love 4 kiddos total but this makes me really pause because it seems like my hands are so full with him in particular but I also want to emotionally show up for all my kids and not sure how I’d do that with 4. So, if you have 4, does it feel like you know your kids as individuals and you’re able to be there for them emotionally and otherwise?
