MOTS-C longer term usage concerns

40M , Started researching MOTS-C . Titrated slowly up from 1mg to 4mg bi-weekly. I didn't feel much initially. Strength workouts actually got worse. Somewhere around week 2-3 . I started to notice my cardio sessions getting effortless. I used to struggle running 1-2kms at a stretch. Now, for someone who doesn't really enjoy running , I managed to run of 7kms continuous at a decent place. Which was around week 4 of MOTS-C.

I see the benefits and want to include it as part of a long term regimen.

One concern I have is downregulation of endogenous MOTS-C production with longer term usage.

Any researchers who've used multiple cycles of MOTS-C? Multiple months, years? What were your experiences ?

CJC No-DAC + Ipamorelin experience /w lab test and numbers

My research assistant has been on Reta the last 2 months or so, Tirz before that and Sema much before that. Lost about 8 Kgs on Sema/Tirz and He's also had a good amount of weight loss ~8Kgs purely on Reta, with a 3x weight training / week and 10K steps per day and 160gms quality protein daily.

Over the last 6 week's he's also started CJC1295 / Ipamorelin combo. Based on all the anecdotal reports he had certain expectation's but here's what he's found .

THE SLEEP THING - It works!

-Initially he started dosing the mix 250mcg of both, right before sleep. 3-4 hours fasted with the last meal being only protein, no carbs or fat. This nuked his sleep. Would wake him up multiple times at night to pee and he had bad broken sleep multiple nights, due to which he switched to early morning dosing as soon as he woke up and also would stay fasted for another 2-3 hours, post.

-The Morning dosing was much better. Sleep did improve substantially. On Reta ,his Deep and REM , as per the tracker were around 40-60 mins each. Now adding CJC/IPA to the mix, it went to around 70-90 mins each.

THE GYM RECOVERY THING - Didnt work so well.

-Coming from very high expectations based on other researchers anecdotal reports. The results in the gym and recovery weren't so great.

-Most of the recovery was still coming , due to the improved sleep. He wasnt hitting any new PR's or progressing on any of his lifts.

FINALLY, THE IGF1 THING

-There was no baseline testing done. But, on reta , while on a cut and 6 weeks into a CJC/IPA protocol, training 3x a week. His IGF1 was at the lower borderline of 100.4ng/ml . This was disappointing. It also doesnt help that there was no baseline testing done. But, assuming the role of the combo was to increase GH and also IGF1 level's. It would have been nice to see the increase atleast to the lower mid levels. Perhaps his level's were already very low . We wouldnt know.

-The fact that there's no increase in water retention , or any of the sides , which come from more potent GHRH's like tesa or even direct GH, probably means, CJC/IPA most likely has a very low to mild GH boost only.

Anyhow, he's now decided to stop CJC/IPA and proceed with the next research subject of Tesamorelin solo and also the Tesa+IPA combo. this time with baseline and progressive lab numbers.

Pre-draw syringes for tesa + ipa daily shots ?

Hi, my research assistant is a very lazy person and wants to optimise his dosing routine. He's been on a couple months of CJC1295 + Ipa, where he'll pre-draw the required dosages in the syringes on the weekend and keep them in the fridge. And every morning , just pin upon waking up.

He wants to do the same with Tesa and Ipa going forward . But is concerned with the tesa and its complexity and how it might mix with Ipa in the syringe for a few days.

Anyone else try this ? And it worked out ok ?
